Introduction I have been traveling since the age of 16 and I am 50, I have visited the best hotels in the world
I stayed for 2 days and I can say that apart from the price of around 180 euros per night for a double room the hotel is not worth a 3 star rating.
Positive aspects Very nice hotel from the outside, the magnificent lobby is very impressive but there is no value for money Room designed in the 70s with. Salty desalinated water!!! There is no hook in the shower for robes Sink knobs with hot written in French and cold written in English!! Fixed shower that doesn't move and you can't adjust the flow of water!
For the lights in the room there is no general switch to turn everything off from the bed and therefore you have to get up to do it Room safe not working and you are forced to use the one in reception every time.
Lack of simple things like an umbrella for customers in case of rain!!!
Lack of enough sockets to charge cell phones and other things Bathtub without hydromassage

Pour commencer, l'accueil cordial du groom venant récupérer les bagages. Dès la réception, sensation de confort, acceuil personnalisé et professionnel, et je remercie Olfa, toujours à l'écoute et aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. La suite est propre, spacieuse, agréable, bien équipée. Literie confortable, grande terrasse. Très belle salle de bain. Les parties communes sont également spacieuses, avec une réception composée de plusieurs salons accueillants. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est souriant et professionnel. Nous avons fait un massage californien, et la masseuse Hajar, est très souriante et professionnelle, elle a su me mettre à l'aise, elle connait très bien son métier. Les piscines extérieures sont à perte de vue, avec un accès direct à une plage privée. Suite 2077 et 2079 (côté piscine) Je recommande cet hôtel, et j'y retournerai

Immense hôtel où le personnel est très agréable. Buffet honorable. Piscine immense qui aurait besoin d'une bonne rénovation au niveau carrelage. Propreté de l'eau très moyenne. Accès à la mer très facile. Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure et demie pour avoir notre chambre, ce qui dans ce 5 étoiles n'est pas admissible. Hôtel quasiment vide. Ambiance triste. Il n'y a pas de vie. Parfait pour ceux qui ont besoin de calme et de repos. Volume de la chambre très impressionnant. Salle de bain magnifique. Literie très bonne.

Très belle plage très belles chambres spacieuses un peu froide l hôtel ne mérite certainement pas 5 étoiles on fait la queue pour le café un seul point d eau petit déjeuner on fait la queue pour le jus d orange piscine grande mais en très mauvais état le spa service top mais en très mauvais état beach bar le personnel se dispute toute la journée pas de machine à glaçon au beach les serveurs font des aller retour très peu de taxi devant l hôtel a la réception on vous dit d aller attendre dehors pour les taxi 🤔le petit déjeuner bien mais la même chose 10 jours aucun changement un 3 étoiles standard européens pas plus pas de poisson sauvage uniquement élevage sans goût sans intérêt le café maure ds un état lamentable les cartes des portes fonctionnent une fois sur deux on vous dit c est a cause de votre tel ménage ds les chambres moyens sinon plage magnifique plagiste a l écoute

Un vrai coup de cœur pour le Hasdrubal Prestige Djerba ❤️ Tout était parfait : la chambre spacieuse et impeccable, la piscine et la plage superbes, la cuisine délicieuse… mais surtout un immense merci à tout le personnel ! Leur gentillesse, leur sourire et leur disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. On se sent ici comme chez soi, mais en mieux 😄. Vivement notre prochain séjour !
